WHAT IS PERSONAL TRAINING?
Our everyday life today is characterised by stress, time pressures and an ever-greater hectic pace. Too little movement in one’s professional life or in one’s free time and poor nutrition will ensure that one’s health will sooner or later suffer.
Through the close cooperation between the personal trainer and the client, personal training can be done in a targeted manner while focussing on the training requirements of each individual person. In contrast to conventional training in the fitness clubs, one is not bound by time or to certain training locations.
Furthermore, a training & nutritional concept will be individually tailored to you which will make it possible for you to efficiently reach your personal goals. During the entire workout, I will focus solely on you alone and motivate you as you do your exercise. After only a few weeks, you will feel a definite improvement in your fitness level and will master your everyday life in a more relaxed fashion.
